I bought a Motorola V3xx cell phone from GSM Monster. When it arrived the battery that came with the phone was no good and it had red stuff coming out of it. I emailed them 3 times during the past week times about this problem with no response. On their website they say that they respond to emails within 1-24 hours but I have not received a response back from them at all.

By now I can only assume that they're ignoring me and have no intention of replacing my faulty battery. I also believe that instead of sending me a new phone/battery as advertised they sent me an old battery to save money. I would not recommend doing business with this shady company!
