GSM MONSTER Cell tech located in Cedarhurst used phones sold as new, they say there is a warranty but there is none!! Cedarhurst, New York

this company is a fraud, they are not an authorized reseller of cell phones.  99% of their phones are refurbished and do not have a warranty. they say there is a one year manufact's warranty, but there really is not because they phones that are new come from another country and is not supposed to be resold in the USA so they will not honor the warranty, (try as soon as u get a phone from them call cell company and ask them if ur phone is under warranty ... you WILL be told it is not) second u can tell the phones a not brand new because they come in second hand boxes. Blackberry/samsung, ect do not sell their phones in generic box that just say "cell phone" or the company's name. Cell phone manufactures products come in boxes with a picture of the phone the phones name manual's CD contents FCC information all written on the box! also they set their own shipping charges so u actually pay an outrageous price for shipping. (try it go to ups.com and put in your address and their address their zipcode is 11516 and see what ups  says's they will charge to ship your product!) its gonna be way more than what they charge. No matter what their say how nice the phone looks , the phone is gonna be a used phone! and god forbid that a problem arisies ( and it will) then you have wasted money for a phone that you are stuck with! look at all the reviews. we cant all be wrong. u think you may be saving money because they are cheaper in the end you are going to be paying more plus the aggravation that it will cost to only in the end be told that they cant help you.(of course after they have taken ur money)
