Ordered two Nokia 6102i -- their item/part number 635. Advertised as UNLOCKED.
Received LOCKED.

Phones were as other people have described. Package opened and broken, one package had full user guide, other had small quick start manual. Both phones were open, scattered in box in 3 parts. Battery, phone and case back scattered about.

Somebody had put those little clear sticky things on the phones, but they were not original. You could see where the original plastic sticky had left a mark on the screen.

I have emailed them requesting a code to unlock the phones. Language on one phone was Spanish, the other was English.  There is no 800 number that you can call. Monday through Thursday 11am to 6pm??  Friday 11am to 2pm?? 

I have no hope of getting my phones unlocked, much less my money back. Will update this site if anything good happens, otherwise it is going to be a write off.

So, followed return guidelines listed on their website. Requested RMA via email. They said wait, we will give you the codes to unlock. I said ok, the sent the codes via email and codes did not work. Phones still locked. Requested RMA again via email, they provided me with a number this time. I sent phones back express, fearing I would be too late (being in Alaska) My Credit Card was refunded by Thursday August 26.

They only refunded amount of phone, not the shipping and handling which was very high. $99.98 for the phones, but $35.90 for the shipping and handling.

In my opinion, stay away from this company. Not worth saving $5 or $10 for something of very questionable quality.

J&R is much better and they ship US Postal service which helps out in Alaska.
