Gunbroker.com Customer Service, masters of the art of argument Internet

I have the same argument as another complainant. I also was required to give a credit card number. I was also charged, but i don't see how this credit card number could be used to verify anything. I tried to sell some products on the website, but had to fill out a questionaire on my personal credit first. I asnwered the questions, but the Gunbroker site kept telling me I was wrong. The questions detailed, how much i was paying for a car payment, or the balance of my home loan. I was pretty sure I answered the questions correctly, but the cite said no. Problem is, I don't know which questions I did not asnwer correctly, and no way to ask.

I sent an email to customer service, and they told me that I could send two forms of I.D. to them. when the police pull me over, or when I buy a gun, I only need my driver's licence. What other form of ID do I need to send, and why? Why wasn't the $1.00 charge on my credit card enough to verify my exsistence? You won't get the answer from ginbroker Customer Service. I have dealt with them before, and all you get are open ended questions in response.
