Gunbroker.com allows slanderous feedback & does not honor auction agreement terms! Georgia

Gunbroker.com says its auctions are legal and binding agreements, However they don't enforce them. They take sides on issues and allow slanderous feedback and wont remove it!

I had  specific terms on my auction. The buyer, bought the auction, and refused to honor the terms of the auction, and gave me bad feedback. Customer refused to follow manufacutre warantee procedures, which is not my problem. I sell gun parts, and have strict policies of no returns, for liability and safety reasons. Manufactures prefer handling issue directly with customer, and the product I sold had a lifetime warantee.

I honored the terms of the contract. IF the buyer doesnt like the terms of the agreement/ contract, then he shouldnt buy the product. Gunbroker shouldn't allow him to leave negative feedback and slander me and the manufacture, when he blatently violated the terms of the agreement/contract.

 I have several other issues with gunbroker as well.  They allow illegal transactions on their website. They say its not their responsibility, but if they were auctioning off alcohol to minors, they would be shut down,( or would they) so why is it legal for them to auction off illegal gun parts that are restricted?

 Gunbroker should block illegal bids, but they don't. I feel they have a responsibility to try and prevent illegal bidding, butthey dont in my opinion, certainly not enough.

 Gunbroker seems to be focused on getting commision, even if the transaction is illegal, and makes it very difficult fro seller to get refunds onillegal tranasactions and force sellers to wait 4 days.  I am buisy, If I have to wait 4 days, I forget,a nd I think thatis what they want.

 The only reason I use gunbroekr.com is because  I need them. I ahve tried to get them to reconsider their policies to no avail. I ahve reported them to the authorities to no avail. i think Public shame is the best way to deal with them.

 The last school shooting in Sandy Hook, I think used some items that were bought online, legally, but I think it would be wise for gunbroekr to ensure all their auctionsare legal.  I pray for the Families affected by that senseless tragedy! God Bless them all!
