H and R BLOCK hand r block scamming their customers on advance line of credit bridgeport, West Virginia

 H and r block has a sign stating you can get some of your taxes without your w-2 s ..So I go in and give them my pay stub and my tax information. I have beendoing taxes there since 2006. I was approved for one thousand dollars. They took a fee of 45.00 out which I was well aware of. But they did not diclose they would be taking out 36 percent intrest on every purchase i made with my emarald card. I got 900 and 55.00 was in a differnt account that i had to transfer over for some odd reason..When i transfred the 55.00 they took out 36 percent intrest  and I didnt even make a purchase....I did ask why the 55.00 was done like thatthe rep said she didnt know why they did that..At know point and time did they mention anything about 36 percent intrest..Know one in their right mind would give them almost half of your money...they are ripping customers off big time...
