H and R block sold us a ins policy against tax mistakes and when they messed up they did not honor it Addison Illinois

Had taxes donee by hr block annd paid for ins policy against mistakes and about a monnth later we wwere informed by the state that they had made a mistake and the we still owed 182 dollars. when i called about situation they had me drive to elk grove village il and meet with a woman at that office who said the state was wrong and you only owe them 106.00. And i point blannk ask this woman were she got the power to over ride said letter and tell us just to send lower said amount ? She just stated that the state makes thesee mistakes all the time. Well she was very wrong.

We started getting bletters saing that not only are we still responsable for the remainding amout but that penalties will be added and if not handled quickly that it would go to collections. So now i call hr block to get in contact with who supposingly is the local top guy. I call and of course they will have him call me . insteead i get his secretary who tells me there going to get this handle right away. Finally about a week later some other woman want,s me to bring all my taxes now to oakbrook il and sspend a couple hours with her to figure it out. Figure what out? they have all my taxes. spent 2 hours in elk grove village and missed a half a days work. And now this other woman thinks i have nothing better to das then drive all the way to oak brook il and speend 2 or 3 hours with her to figure out what the state already showed them what was wrong. They know exactlly what was done incorrectly. In order to cut my losses i went ahead and paid noww an additional 111.00 in order not to be in depth to the state.  

The first woman i meet with had nothing good to say about the person who originaly did my taxes. and had me sign both my signature and my wifes who was not present stateing that it was comon and ok. Laster i also found out that that was a LIE. To date i hasver not heard from hr block again and im out the cost of the policy as wwell a*s the remainding amount of taxess to state., SAeems like HR block uses the run around method so they finally just give up.   Part of my tactic to get there atteention as well aas the publics. I will be request a lic to picket there 2 offices from addison il and elk grove village il. As far a*s this guy Mr lust is concerned it is managers like him who make for bad biz relations. Good managers inspect what they exspect. to date i have never even recievsd a return call from him.  What a joke.
