H And R Block Ripped off notifying Elliot Spitzer Utica New York Nationwide

I used simple pay by hr block for my return because they said it would 'take the worry out of filing my taxes'. What they didn't tell me was that they would be holding my return for at least 3 business days. The IRS deposited my return into HR Bank on the 25th of Jan 2008. As of now I still do not have my money. How can it be legal they hold almost $2,500 of my money for 5 days now .

If I had known it would delay my return I would not have used the service. Nowhere can I find anything about them holding the return for 3 business days on the hr block website. I have bills waiting on this money and I feel ripped off because they are holding onto my money for almost a week since they say 3 business days. They got money friday and I most likely will not even get the cash in my account until Thursday. That is 6 days they are holding my money . They are earning interest on these account funds. They are processing 24,00.00-25,000.00 returns for direct deposit an hour through their own bank from funds being issued rapid refunds through HSBC. Yet the regular everyday customer whos with them year round is being ripped off. I get my payroll on this card and it never takes more than 1 business day.

Now all of a sudden they need 5 days. Then they give you the run around about whether or not they even received it, their bank number to their own bank doesn't even work. No one speaks english, no one has the capability of transferring you. you have to keep calling back all the while being charged $2.00 each and everytime.

Well I'm not gonna take it, everyone write Eliot Spitzer Governor of New York, He is very educated about this company and it's illegal antics. I have well exceeded the 15 day limit in their clause. He will put a stop to this real quick, help other people not to go through this . I see many others are filing the same complaint . That's good.
