Handyman Club Of America Big promises, low delivery Arizona

This company promise certain incentives for becoming a club member from gas cards to tools, unfortunately when it comes time to deliver they get a case of amnesia.

I have been waiting for nearly a year for the free gifts promised. I have had to call numerous times and feel like I have spoken to just about everyone in the company. Each time I was promised they would take care of it, each time I have been blown off. I finally had enough and today called and cancelled my membership and requested an unconditional refund that they also promise.

I was told it would 3-4 weeks to process my request and when I asked what do I do when I don't receive my promised refund as I haven't received anything else promised in the past, I was told I would have to "call back" I would highly recommend that if you receive an offer to join the Handyman Club you toss it in the trash with the rest of the junk mail, next to the junk gifts they are likely to send.
