 Have you ever begun a project that became a money pit? It's not that you won't finish, it's because the cost and work involved was much higher than anticipated. You would only know this if you put yourself out for a big dream. When it comes to construction the costs and time involved are always more than anticipated. That doesn't mean you are a scam artist. It just means that people need to be patient and wait. I trust this man to follow through.

Interesting I also drove by the "house" today on 4/17, and hank is doing a great job taking a narrow framed picture.  Yes, the front deck was completed.  This was done sometime AFTER 4/3, when we found the house an uninhabitable shelter, as I previously reported. Looks like the front doors, and windows were added recently too.  However,  the back deck has hardly been started, the side windows on the ground floor weren't in,  the lot is buried in trash and rubble and besides the tree in the very front facing the street, there are no signs of greenery.  I also don't know if hank is photoshopping this pic, as it appears to have grass which was not there as of today 4/17.  The lot was still covered in dirt, trash, and construction materials... It looks like a landfill.  I have an email stating this house was to open in mid May.  He's going to have hire more than the 1 truck of guys that were there at 11:15am today;  maybe everyone else went to lunch, as "going to lunch" seemed to be the reason why Hank couldn't process my refund on 4/6 and 4/7.  This is after he told me he would process it on Monday(4/6),  when I had asked the prior Friday 4/3.  Then on 4/10, when I asked again for the refund, still no indication of when or if it was coming.  "Forthcoming" was the curt answer he gave me, and he gave me no reason to have any confidence in his word.  Remarkably, I heard from him after my review was posted, saying the refund was processed.  My guess is that, if a refund was in fact processed, it was because he saw my reviews.  I'm not sure how Hank could say that he processed my refund "immediately", when I have multiple  texts and emails that I sent to him between 4/3 and 4/10 reminding him to refund my money. 

Either way, maybe someday the house that is described on his site will exist ... When specificallly? I really don't care.  I simply didn't want to hold my breath, especially after seeing its state on 4/3.  On Tuesday, I was told that a check was mailed to me, but as of today, I still have received no refund.  

Again, whether or not I receive my refund, I wouldn't trust him.

This is the rental home (on April 17) that this customer claims doesn't exist... judge for yourself.

Her stay is still 2 months away and her deposit was processed immediately upon her cancellation and request.

It has been mere days since that request... it has been processed, but apparently not yet received (not surprising) and she is already busy on the internet, slamming our property. She somehow believes that she can speed up the process of the refund by extorting us on the web, actually believing she can simply remove her posting, which she cannot do.

A lawsuit against Lori Masuda, the author of this defamatory move has begun.

Her intent to cause financial and other damages is evident by her posting MULTIPLE entries over ONE issue, and in multiple locations on the internet.

Updates will be added, with the progress of the suit.
