I ordered four pairs of shoes from this company totaling $285.00. I ordered two pairs size 11, and the other two were size 7, which were mine. I received the shoes, and my husbands were just fine.
My two pair were not the right size, one said size 8 1/2 on the tag, but they were too little for me, I am assuming it was actually a size 6 1/2. The other pair was way too big. The tag said 7 1/2, but my husband could fit the shoe, and he wears a size 11.
I email them at questions@hardtimehusslin.com three times last week, and I never received a response. I only have 10 days after I receive the shoes to return them, but I have to contact them before I ship the shoes. I only wanted them to exchange the shoes, but since I am finding it hard to contact them I would like a refund. I waited long enough to get the shoes, and now I can't even wear them.
The two pair that I ordered for myself totaled $135, and I would like to have my money back.

I emailed him on December 4, December 9, December 12, and finally December 14. The first three emails were ignored, but when I emailed him the last time I told him that I would report him, and do whatever it takes to get his company shut down. He responded the same day after I told him that. Here is what he emailed me after that.
**Hello, what exactly is wrong with your items, and which item are you unsatisfied with? Please us back asap. Thanks for choosing HTH.

I emailed him the first three times, and I explained the problem in full detail. I know he understood. His response just let me know that he ignored my emails because he didn't have a clue what my problem was.
I will be filing a report to get my refund if he doesn't respond by tomorrow afternoon.

hi, i don't know you or ANY of these other people ripped off by this hard time husslin guy, but i was ripped off myself. i am currently in a dispute and about to go to the consumer affairs in sacramento california because the bbb was only SO helpful but this guy didn't respond to them in the deadline he was given to. basically, he said F*** them! i too had sent tons of e-mails when i was ripped off to no avail, but when i reported him to the bbb, that's when i FINALLY got a response from this guy. he just responded to make it look good because he didn't do a dam thing he said he was going to do in the e-mail from them. the next step was consumer affairs, some time comsuming s***. since i had the bbb contact this guy, i have had SEVERAL conversations with this guy through instant mess. or e-mail. this is a very rude and fake, wanna be cocky guy! he telling me how i'm nothing to him and he can send me my money back because my little money doesn't amount to the stack in his pocket. okay, he said ALL of that, but i STILL haven't received a refund or MY shoes, so you tell me is this dude a fraud or what?! he told me he was going to refund my money, then the next week, he talking about he waiting to get my order right! what dam order, you supposed to be sending me my money back!!! it's been since SEPTEMBER and i only received 2 of 6 pairs i ordered and those two pair was both too big with fake tags in them. one was supposed to be a size 10, it's a size 12 mens. i can't even wear it yo!he talking about ALL the money in his pocket, i guess so, from ALL the people he ripping off!! he told me, being cocky, that he get 60 orders a day and have been in business for three years. ANYHOWS, to make a long story short. i have several ways to contact this dude and it DEFINETLY ain't questions@hardtimehusslin.com. 1. is robert@hardtimehusslin.com 2. is hardtimeanswer@aol.com and 3. is itz bert@aol.com . you can catch him online receiving instant messages with itz bert@aol.com or occasionally hardtimeanswer@aol.com . if you have aol, program these in you i.m. as contacts so you can see when he comes online. i'm tired of being the only one cursing this dude out! this guy name is robert armata and i was given a ph.number by the bbb that supposed to be his, but i haven't used it, maybe you can check it out and have some fun with it! (831)758-6061. report him in the meantime to sanjose.bbb.org , it MIGHT do some good! i know it will get him to respond to you, but with MORE lies! wish me luck with comsumer affairs! i'll keep everbody up dated!!! oh, also, he just sent me an e-mail three days ago crying, talking all big because i cursed him out! he's a very sensitve dude! well he in the wrong business!
