My name is April and I'm a customer of Hard Time Husslin. This report is not to give HTH a bad reputation but they don't conduct business very well and I think it's only fair that they suffer the consequences for it. They haven't been fair or just with me so I'm just giving a pre-warning to could-be customers of what to expect. They seem to have a "hard time" with cummunicating so maybe with this report I'll get some type of recognition.

I became a customer back in November of '05. The very first pair of shoes I ordered came very late. I sent email after email and it wasn't until after the shoes arrived, 7 weeks later, that I got a response stating that there was a problem with the computer system. O.K., I could deal with that, especially when they said something like that would never happen again.

The second pair of shoes were ordered on January 1, 2006. the third were ordered on January 19, 2006. The third pair of shoes came with no problem. The second pair, however, have caused me most of the problems. First off, I received the wrong shoes. So I contacted HTH and to no surprise, I didn't get a response until about a week and a half later. The message I recieved was very convincing. I was told that not only would I get a replacement shoe but that I could pick a shoe and receive it for free to make up for the mistake. I picked both shoes, and sent back the wrong ones back with all the needed information. The shoes got to HTH on February 4, 2006. again, I sent email after email wanting to know what the next step was. I didn't receive a reply until February 16, 2006. The message stated that my order was reprocessing, finally. But wait, there's another problem, the message only mentions one specific pair of shoes. What about the other pair? I've been emailing asking questions since February 16th and till this day haven't got one response. Not even one that says my shoes are out of stock, so I'll have to wait. At least I'll know what's going on.

If you don't know yet, HTH has recently gone under a business transition, which they say will take only a few days but who knows for sure. Now, there not excepting shoe orders. So are my shoes going to be sent? Am I going have to wait another few months? Are my emails ever going to be answered? I don't know, but like I said earlier, maybe now I'll get some type of response.

If you really insist on ordering from HTH, please just take precautions. If you don't run into any problems, then great. But if you do, remember, there's not much you can do but wait.

UPDATE!

AUTHOR: April - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 27, 2006

Today is March 27, 2005. The last time I was on this website, which was March 6, 2005, I left a rip-off report about Hard Time Husslin, and guess what, I still didn't get a response. I had to continue to email Robert Armata, several times a day for about three days. Of course, I used the new addresses that I obtained from this website, instead of using the ones that he provides on his website.

Hey, now we're talking, I finally get a response! Can you beleive that he had the nerve to tell me that if I want to receive anything, that i better stop emailing him so much! I don't give a s--t! I'll keep sending four emails a day to every one of your addresses until I get what's mine. Then he really has the nerve to tell me that I need to be patient! Excuse me? Did he just say I need to be patient?! It's been over two months! I've been patient and haven't said anything in over two months!

There's some people who wait only four weeks before they say anything. I've waited two months! Then on top of it, I waited two months for him to tell me that my shoes are out of stock. Uhh, you couldn't just tell me that before? What was sooo hard, that you had to wait two months to tell me that my shoes are out of stock! Anyways,o.k., my shoes are out of stock, what do I do now? He tells me to pick another shoe. O.k., but how the hell am I supposed to pick another shoe when the website is undergoing a "transition" and not excepting shoe orders? I know he don't expect me to wait until the transition is over with!

The same transition that was only supposed to take a few days but has been going on for over two weeks already. Why dosen't that surprise me? Anyways, I don't care how long it's suppose to take, I'm not waiting any longer. So he tells me to pick a shoe from sneakernut.com. O.k., I go to sneakernut.com and what do you know, this website isn't working. You have got to be kidding me? I email him again, and he tells me to pick a shoe from any of the other variant shoe websites and to hurry up because a lot of the sites are getting shut down.

Now, I don't know about anyone else, but to me, that sounded really funny coming from his mouth. Then it made me upset because I'm thinkng, why isn't his website one of the ones getting shut down? I guess it's because like he says, he has too much money coming out of his pockets and not enough people have reported him to Consumer Affairs.

Anyways, I went to gakicks.com and picked a shoe, sent the email to him over two weeks ago and still haven't received a response. About three days ago, I sent an email asking him just to give me an update about what's going on, and if he even received my email (which I know he did), but would probably try to lie saying he didn't. Still waiting for a response. So I sent him another email today telling him that I just want my money back, I'm tired of dealing with him. I also told him that if he dosen't send my money back as fast as I sent it to him, that I'm going to report him to Consumer Affairs. We'll se what happens now. Maybe and hopefully, my complaint will be the last one needed to shut him down.

If you have ran into unresolved problems with this guy and haven't reported it, then you should take it upon yourself to report him to Consumer Affairs. This guy is laughing at everyone who he has screwed because he's gotten away with it so far. He's getting rich off of other people's misfortunes, which he causes. Let's take a stand and fight back. When this a--hole finally gets shut down, we'll see how much money will be bulging out of his pockets then. Even if my complaint isn't enough, I know that in the end, we'll all get the last laugh. He's going to continue doing this and people are going to continue to complain and eventaully his company will meet it's demise. Anyhow, be on the look out for another update real soon, because I'm not giving him too long to send my money back, before I update this complaint again and report him to Consumer Affairs.
