On December 30, I ordered two ipod nano cases and one set of screen protectors from HD Accessory. (One of the cases came with a screen protector as well.) When nothing showed up after two weeks, I emailed the company on January 14. I didn't get a response, but I got a shipping notice the next day on January 15. I guess I'm lucky, because the order did actually ship, but when it arrived, one of the cases was not in the envelope. One case and two sets of screen protectors were there, but not the case that the one screen protector was supposed to come with. The invoice had no markings to indicate that it was back ordered, or anything else. I emailed the company immediately, but got no response. A few days later, I tried calling them again. A few days later, I emailed them again. Today, I tried calling them again. The first time I called, the line was busy. The second time, I let the phone ring for five minutes, but no one ever answered.
I am disgusted that this company says on their website, "HDAccessory.com's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed.
Please feel free to drop us a line to share your thoughts on the site, all comments welcomed. We will respond to all questions and requests as soon as possible." What a lie!

I decided to give it one more shot with HDaccessory.com, and emailed them on Feb. 6, asking when the item missing from my purchase would be sent. They responded by sending me a shipping notification the next day and the item showed up in the mail in a couple of days. I'm glad they followed through, even though it took way too long.
