HD Accessory Bogus Money Back Guarantee-got items ordered but can't return them Internet

Do not order from this company. I ordered an FM transmitter and portable speakers for my Ipod. Unlike some other reporters, I did receive the merchandise ordered. However, it is really inferior quality. You supposedly cannot return anything without a return authorizaton, but you can't actually get an authorization. I have sent multiple e-mails with no response, and when I call their phone number it is either busy or just keeps ringing forever. So now I've blown $100 on crap that barely works and I'm afraid to send it back because I'm sure they won't refund my money. I order a lot of stuff online and this is the first experience I've had with a bogus company; it really ruins it for the good companies.
