Healthy Right Now - vanity Did not provide me a full refund on product I never received Cordova Tennessee

I had tried to order vanity from the company and after placing the order I got an email confirming my information. I asked how long shipping was and got a reponse within 2 days. I thought oh this is nice that the company responded in a reasonable amount of time.
They told me that 30 business days I would receive my product so I thought that since I ordered mid Decemeber I took into consideration since it was around Christmas time for it to be a little longer. So I thought by the end of Jan since I got a confirmation on Dec 11, would be a sufficient amount of time.

So January 30 I email them because the number that they provide is just people taking the order who told me that the company was a real company and that there was only one number to call. I called 219-661-1875 but no one answered and left numerous messages. Days went by and no response to either phone messages or email.

So I just continously emailed them until I finally got a reponse. I realized that if I email the same message about 10 or more times, that I would get a reponse 3-7 days later. So I went back and forth until beginning of March when I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. It took a few weeks to get my money but the shipping was not returned to me. So I emailed them 10 times to ask and they siad it would post. However it never did.
Now that I tried to email them, I find out that the website is no longer running or the email sales@healthyrightnow.com.

This company just rips people off, I think I was fortunately to get some of my money back but I can't believe that people like them can operate a business. They prey on people's weaknesses and take our money and screw us because they could give crap.
