I ordered the product from this company on 9 Feb 2008, they said it would take 3 weeks. It is now the 4th April 2008. Their website was elaborate and loaded with Testimonials. I paid by PayPal as it said 'verified' believing this to be a more secure option. I emailed the company on a couple of occassions and I was sent an automated email back saying it was on it's way. Yesterday I emailed them again only to discover the website has disappeared, for Healthy Right Now and Vanity. The email address is no longer. I contacted the PayPal security/resolution centre as they had verified them, only to receive a message from them saying they do not deal with these particular cases and I would need to resolve this matter with the seller direct. This is disgusting behaviour - gaining and then abusing people's trust. This company now has AUS$300 of my money. Fortunately, I have an understanding that if 'white man's law' doesn't deal with it - 'Universal law' will!

I purchased via phone call from you on the 20th of febuary and have not gotten my product. my name is ----- and you can reach me at ----- or ----------.com I have also called several times and left my info and nobody has contacted me back! I live in fresno my name is ----- i would like for someone to RESPOND BACK ASAP PLEASE!!

THEIR RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF LEAVING MESSAGES, I FINALLY LEFT A MESSAGE FOLLOWING THE ABOVE EMAIL SAYING THAT MY ATTORNEY WOULD BE CONTACTING THEM SHORTLY IF I DO NOT GET A RESPONSE. THEN I GOT THE FOLLOWING E MAIL FROM THEM SAYING :

We have reshipped the order for Wed. delivery to: THEN IT HAD MY NAME AND ADDRESS LISTED. So then I am thinking RESHIPPED? AND FOR WHAT WED ?? THIS, NEXT, WHEN? So I found myself to be busy for the next 5 days, checked my mailbox that Saturday and my order was in my mailbox! Ya i had to get slightly nasty with this company but my end result WAS POSITIVE. i HAVE BEEN TAKING MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE AND MY b***s ARE AT THE KIND OF SORE/TENDER STAGE OF GROWING NOW. SO HANG IN THERE, JUST DO WHAT I DID AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL GET YOUR PRODUCT!
