I ordered a 3 month supply of Vanity on the 20th of November 2007 & received an email the next day saying that my order was in processing. On the 22nd of November my credit card was charged $212.44 AUD.
It was supposed to take up either 20 or 30 business days to arrive & it has now been 38 business days and I have not received anything.
About a week after the order was placed, I emailed to ask if it had been shipped yet and they didn't respond. Every few days I sent emails asking if it had shipped & now I'm up to my 7th email with no response.
I am outraged that they can just take my money and then completely ignore me. I have never been ripped off like this before, I really don't think the product will ever show up and would advise anyone who reads this to stay away from this company as it is a total scam.

After sending my 14th email to them & contacting the Better Business Bureau & my credit card company, I have received my first ever response from Healthy Right Now saying that they would refund my money and a transaction confirmation email to show that it has been processed so I should have my money back soon.
