Purchased Refrigerator for $670.00. AD said free shipping. Manager Ray Seacraft tried to charge me for shipping. I said the ad said free shipping he refused to ship it free. I told him to tear up the check. I live less than a one half mile from their store and have purchased many thousands of bucks worth of their product in last few years. I will never patronize any HH Gregg store again. It is way past time to stand up against these criminal enterprizes.
