Home Access USA stole $198, no refund, ripoff! Los Angeles California

Plain and simple, they mislead, and mis-informed me!In a timely fashion, after we got charged the $198 for the package and recieved the information by mail, we called back and decided this isn't what we wanted to do after all. They said to return the package and after the package was returned we could get our refund.

Well over a month went by, so we called, and the woman we spoke with said we had to wait a year(aparently becuase they say you can find a home in that time, but we returned the materials so i didn't understand why that mattered)so a year went by i called, called, called, emailed, and NO response.

So today i searched them and found them on this website, whatd'ya know!I would like to know what we can do about this? I can't go to my bank like that other person on here suggested,it's been over a year now....help :(
