On 01/30/08 Home Access USA took $198.00 from me. When I received the package I realized that the company was misleading.

I immediately called Home Access USA and said I want a full refund. They told me to send my package back and I would receive a full refund upon them receiving the package.

At the time I did not think I would not receive a refund because I thought the company was for real but when over a month went by and no refund I started to worry.

I called over 50 times and finally spoke to a woman. She assured me that my refund was in process but that it would take another 30 days.

Its now been almost three months with no refund. I called my bank to report FRAUD and they said that they can do nothing over a 60 day period. I keep calling everyday and stay on hold and no one answers the phone.

I feel sick to my stomach knowing that I just gave away $198.00. This company knows what they are doing and I hope they do not scam anyone else.

I would love to get everyone that has been a victim of this company to get together and file a lawsuit against them.

Please anyone that reads this do not give Home Access USA any money because you will become a victim of FRAUD like me.
