Home Partners of America HPA HOLDERS, BAYVIEW, SEVERN Trent, InfraMark HPA, USES FRAUD TO STEAL HOMES TO RENT OUT. Chicago Illinois, Florida, Pensylvania

THEY ARE IN COLLUSION WITH BAYVIEW, SEVERN TRENT, WHICH IS NOW INFRAMARK.....THEY OPERATE OUT OF CHICAGO AND HORSHAM PENSYLVANIA, ..THEY ARE COMMUNIST IN THE TRUEST SENSE,...they have their employees and and agents living in houses that they stole, and then they GASLIGHT, FRAME, HARRASS, STALK, and intimidate the hell out of people in HOA NEIGHBOR hoods, then they use the HOA to levy fines, and if they people don't leave then they have a squad that "frames' the home owners for criminal activity...for instance...I was "tipped" off by a concerned neighbor that they were gonna try to get my house labeled as a "drug" house by making false reports about smelling pot coming from my home ,

so i set up surveilance cameras and what i caught was frightning, they send a couple to walk back and fourth in front of my house smoking pot, the video shows them passing a joint back and fourth, THEN they send "homeowner{their employees living in the n-hood} to walk past and "smell " the pot, then they make a false report..the Deputies came, no one answered the door, but the "neighbor" could be heard telling the fasle story of "pot"....next was they reported that the occupants of my home were stealing "natural gas" , they had hooked up a line of some sort to look like "theft" was happening, then the sheriff was called only after "TECO" came, I heard the TECO guy say " It's time to do "that" to this apartment{talking  about my home}...They are STEALING THE HOMES, they get a CROOKED JUDGE TO QUIET TITLE THE HOMES to them , then they rent them out...

Most of the houses in this HOA are to  'HPA HOLDERS" , which Severn Trent, and Bayview and Inframark are  ALL COLLUDING i have PRIMA FACIA evidence of this. This is epidemic in Florida, Texas and California.

My sister owned my house before I took it over, it was because of WHAT they did to her, that compelled me to move in and investigate...since that time, my dog and both of my cats have been killed, i have the bodies preserved for evidence. I have thousands of hours of them walking back and fourth in front of the house, mail tampering and making false and fraudulant reports, after their false reports i get letters from their "handlers " which are the LAWYERS of Robin, Straley and Vericker, this property was SOLD by a company they are in cahootz with "TROUT CREEK DEVELOPERS' THEY did NOT own this land to begin with and used their superior knowledge of law to steal the land via "title insurance" then sell it ....

I have THOUSANDS of papers of companies they start and used to HIDE their activity, holding companies, mortgage, property maintnance.ect....Severn trent, Bayview, HPA and others are DEFRAUDING CDD AND HOA's across America..it has to stop.
