This company completely takes advantage of consumers.

You have no say in what they offer on the home, and don't get to see the inspection before move in.  They purchase it at whatever rate they decide, in my case the asking price. Despite the fact the the home needed a great deal of work.

 We had relocated from across the country, so it was only my intention to rent for a long enough period to put in enough time at my new company to qualify for a mortgage. After a few months I qualified for the mortgage, but no mortgage company would finance the home for $20,000 more then it was purchased for less then half a year before.  They refused to have addiontional apprisals done.  So, now I get to move.   

They were impossible to get ahold when anything came up.  Their "make ready" was a complete joke, they left dead rats in the attic, the contractors they hired tore up the carpet, and a monkey could have done a better tile job - there is literally 2 inches between the wall and the start of the floor all the way around. The upstairs shower leaks into the kitchen.  The list could go on.

Helping families, what a joke.  I don't know of many middle class families that can afford to pay a down payment, closing costs, and then bring thousands in additional cash to close because this company literally wants every penny they can squeeze out of you. 

 And, the rental agreement is 60 pages long.  They suggest that you have an attorney look it over, but you can't make any adjustments.  You can't purchase unless you plan to pay way over market value in cash, pretty sure they will find something in those 60 pays to keep the deposit.
