HOME SWEET HOME ABUSE/NEGLECT DALY CITY California

NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, LOVED ONES, OR FRIENDS TO RESIDENTIAL CARE AT HOME SWEET HOME IN DALY CITY, CALIFORNIA!!!!

During my term of working there, i have witnessed an enumerous amount of times where the elder residents were being neglected, and not being taken care of. the staff that works there cant speak fluent or decent english so theres difficulty in communication. Yelka Matijas, the owner, only cares about making her money and not about the residents. I told her about her inadequate job performance; how she didn't train me adequately, didn't tell me about my job tasks, how the workers there (caregivers, nurses, etc) couldn't really speak English which makes it hard to perform job performance, and that the residents weren't being taken care of. I also told her about the residents: bed sores, neglect, being put in the wheel chair and staying there for a long time with no acknowledgement from the care takers or nurses to go to the bathroom and leading to soiled pants and how some of the residents havent taken a shower for weeks or even months. its filthy, unprofessional, and from my experience, its just nothing but negative connotation!!!!
IF YOURE SMART, YOU WOULD DO RESEARCH ON NURSING HOMES BEFORE PUTTING YOUR LOVED ONES IN THERE!!!!!!
