I will make this simple...We gave a deposit to Homeworks to order 2 New homes. They never ordered the homes, and found out from Excell(the company they were to order the homes from they weren't licenced to order from them).They took $30,000 from us. I contacted consumer affairs, and they said they do not handle new construction only renovations. I know there are a few other parties out there who they did this to. Please contact me so we can file a suit.

This man is guilty of fraud, theft etc etc. Not only that , he is still doing construction work under another name...Thompson _______. I am a mother of 5 children, and he has put an enormous financial stress on our family
