I couldn't figure out why every time I made a payment to house hold bank I was charged a late fee. I payed what my paper bill said to pay and it was on time. I sent them an e-mail and ask what was going on. They wrote me back today and said that I should not go by the paper bill to always look on line for the real amount............. I do not always have the ablity to look on line that is why I get a paper bill sent to me. And they won;t answer my quistion on WHY I am being charged this extra money EVERT month. This is truly a RIP OFF
