IDA, LLC DOES NOT REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAU Suwanee Georgia

I have had 2 loans with IDA and just recently found out that they have never reported my good payments to the credit bureaus.  I called them to speak to someone about it and was placed on hold for 15 min. or more.  Called them right back and was told to leave a message.  Never heard back from them.  I've repeatedly asked for a statement showing what I've paid and what I owe and never get anything in the mail or a call back to discuss any of my request.  They only thing IDA is good at is calling one day before your payment is due to make sure it's going to be paid.  AND while you have the rep on the phone, they can never answer your questions.  Good Grief!  I'm paying an arm and a leg for a car that will never show as a good standing on my credit!  Thanks IDA!
