In Nov 2013, I ordered 12 boxes of cereal from Iherb.com. When I ordered online, it stated that the expiration date of the cereal was Feb 2014. When I received the cereal, the expiration date was 1 Dec 2013. I was able to use 5 boxes of cereal. I contacted Iherb and was instructed to take a picture of the box tops and email it to them . I emailed it to them a few times, but they denied receiving it. was sent instructions on how to send the remainder of the order back, they gave me a refund. They never offered any apology for the false advertisement. I guess it was assumed that I was lying, and that is why they wanted a picture of the box top. I am sure that when they received the remainder of the cereal that that proved that I was being truthful. I will never do business with them again. Buyer beware!
