iherb.com No orde received after waiting 4 years & company assumes no responsibility nor assistance whatsoever Irwindale California

I ordered health supplements from iherb.com in April 2010 that never arrived at my address abroad.  Ididn´t know ripoff.com existed until now otherwise I would have reported them sooner than this.

Iherb.com kept informing me, when I enquired, the package would turn up some day but of course it never did.  

The company provided no tracking number just a international airmail number which is not a tracking number so the post office where I live abroad could never locate same.

Iherb.com assumed no resposibility for this order so I was out whatever money I paid for the supplements plus shipping charges.

Of course I would never order from them again as I got tired of their BS replies, probably computer generated.

I now order from a professional responsile supplement  company that provides tracking numbers with their orders and guarantee receipt of order.
