I too seem to have been the victim of this company's Ipod scam. I completed all 6 offers two weeks ago, yet they still show 5 of 6 offers, and have had no email or phone reply from them. I have filed in NC, and FL, and have received a reply from Florida. They mentioned this site
ifccfbi.gov/index.asp
It's the FBI internet fraud site. I filed with them today. I hope to have this taken to the full extent, whether it be delivery of my product or legal action against this company if they fail to deliver. I hope it's resolved professionally, but everyone needs to let the responsible parties know their story. The more the better all our chances are. Thanks all for their help so far.

Hi all, as rowdy as I got after this company, I thought I should post that they came through. They are evidenlty out of 40 GB Ipods, so they sent a check for $379.99. Received it today. The only solution is constant calls and emails, but it is legit.

#2 Consumer Suggestion
Resolution for free merchandise issue (ipods, laptops, etc.)

If they still haven't resolved this for, ensure them that you will file a report with the DOJ:
Thanks to the advice that Todd from San Francisco left on this site, I finally have resolved this situation and received my ipod today. This is what I did, and strongly suggest you do the same. It took only a couple of phone calls and wasn't too much of a hassle (less hassle than fulfilling the requirements!).
Call the customer service/fulfillment department directly as listed HERE (ignore any customer service contact information on their site - it's useless):
Emarket Research Group (aka; TheUseful.com, Incentiverewards.com, etc.)
Jilliane Quiroz
Fulfillment
jquiroz@marketresearchsite.net
(561) 306-1915
(Note that this company goes by several different names and has many websites/email addresses.)
I got a voicemail when I called this number. I left a (semi) polite message stating this:
a) The website is not showing the offers as redeemed or is showing them in the wrong tiers (same "technical issues" as most of you are having).
b) I have made several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue using the customer service options on the website. I have never received a reply from anyone.
c)(AND HERE'S THE CRUX THAT WILL GET THIS RESOLVED FOR YOU) I strongly suggest that you call me back as soon as possible to resolve this situation, or I will be yet another person to report your company to the North Carolina Department of Justice. I sincerely hope that will not be necessary."
I received a call back within a few hours from someone in fulfillment. I re-explained the issue to her (she was quite nice). She said that she would allow me to forgo the rest of the process (sending in the request form once the site shows you as eligible) and was sending an order to have the ipod shipped.
At the end of this conversation, I told her that, considering all of the problems I have had so far, I would feel more comfortable if she would send me an email confirming this. I did have to call back twice to get that email (which I think came from someone else). But, DO get it in writing, don't let a voicemail assurance do.)
A couple of notes: the website never showed me as eligible, and a second account, with zero offers completed, came up under my email. Don't let that bother you, I still got the ipod. It did take the full 5 weeks for them to ship it after that conversation. I did not call back during that time. They sent an email with the FedEx tracking at the time they shipped.
Best of luck to all of you. I wish there was some way we could get this out to everyone!

Incentive reward Ipod offer

So I received a call from a secretary today from 561-997-6484, stating that my account was still showing one unfulfilled item, and that this can take some time, like 4-6 weeks to update. It has currently been 3 weeks since I fulfilled this last offer. She stated that if I had not been updated on the site at the 2 month time period, to get in touch again with the company and they would update my account accordingly at that time. So...., I take from this
1. There is maybe, possibly, perhaps a person or persons monitoring this offer and checking the voice mails, emails. She called the number I had left on a recent phone message
2. You need to be nothing but persistent to get feedback
3. I'll believe this offer is legit the second I have an Ipod at my front door, and not a second sooner. Although very comforting to hear from a human being, I still was not too impressed with the vaguary of the answers, but it's a step in the right direction.
Keep you all updated
