Insight Global Does not deliver payment for Contractor as promised Tampa, Florida

Insight Global is a Healthcare IT consulting service for Healthcare. Baycare subcontracted through them for services. I was told I had to pay for airfare, taxi, car rental, shuttles up front and I would be re-payed when receipts were turned in. I was never paid over $700 that was due which included one way ticket home, car rental, shutter fees.

They said Baycare didn't want to pay, if it makes you feel better we think you should be paid. Ethically Insight Global should then pay. You don't hire someone knowing they are counting on you, trust your business and then say oh well. If they do this to me, it could happen to you in getting delayed paychecks to not getting paid at all.
