Insight Global Called Continuously and asked too much personal information Los Angeles California

I started getting calls from Insight Global after posting my resume on a job board.  From the first call, I could tell they were really shady.  Every time I posted a new resume, I would get at least one person from this place calling me and with the same approach every time. 

The first clue was how much information the caller wanted from me. This is a job placement company.  When they call, they supposedly have a position open, but they're very vague about it.  Something like, "I think I have a position you would be great for."  Then they say, "I just need to ask you a few questions to make sure you're a good fit." 

Then, those questions are like this:  What was the name of the last position?  What was the company?  What city was that in?  What was your supervisor's name?  What's his phone number?  How much did that position pay?  Is the position still open? 

I've gotten emails from them with similar questions.  Not only that, but they want to know all that information about the previous three employers.  When they started asking me things like that, I would tell them most of the information was already on my resume, but it would be easier for me to answer the other questions if they would send me a form and the information on the job they had me in mind for.  They would send me the form, but never anything about the job that was supposedly open. 

Sometimes, I'd get three or four calls from the same person over a couple of days always asking me the same questions, but never offering any information about the open position.
