I orderd a guitar form instrument Alley online because the price was low. The guitar was in stock and it said on the side will ship by 3 days. There also was a banner on top that said they we doing inventory and I might take a day or 2 longer. That was ok with me.
A week past no responce from email or phones I had to use the chat box on their website to contact them. I ask when my guitar will ship, it was marked ready to ship on my account order info., I think it was David said it is marked to go out on Wedesday another 3 days. I said that is not good for me cancel my order, then he got very rude and personal saying I can not read and other mean comments.
Most companes would say I am sorry I will do my best to get it out as faster as we are able. No, No not them. They are mean and do not care at all abouth ther coustomers. Do not buy from Instrument Alley It is not worth the savings.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our representatives. Everyone has a bad day. This however, is in no way, a reason to file a damaging report on a website that is meant for customer who have been ripped off. Becaues someone was rude to your or you disagree with them does not mean you file a report on this website. It is totally inapropriate and is borderline slanderous. The processing times are listed on the website and if you did not agree with them maybe you should have purchased somewhere else. I'm sure that "David" was rude because you were rude to him first. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience but this is not the forum for a situation like yours.
