This company is a complete scam, so please DO NOT sign up with them. I made the mistake of visiting their site and entering my information, but before I authorized the charge, I read their terms and conditions and noticed the $139.95 fee listed, as well as other recurring charges. I did not complete the order and simply x'd out of the site. Unfortunately, they must have some type of software that captures the credit card information and charged my card anyways. They don't even have our credit card billing address yet claim it's a valid charge. Someone in their own customer service department even admitted they don't have our credit card address information!!!! After being transferred a number of times, and speaking with completely useless customer support representatives, they finally told us they wouldn't issue a refund. As I told the gentleman on the phone, him and the other employees we spoke with are sadly nothing more than a bunch of robots who act as the mouth piece for the owners of this scam company. Whether or not we get our money back remains to be seen. We plan to file with the BBB, as well as Attorney Generals Office. If anything, hopefully this post will deter you from EVER signing up with them It's a shame that companies like this exist, most especially when the economy is so bad for most of us, but funny enough the economy is great for the owners of that company. Hope you sleep good well at night knowing that you just ripped off another person.

Secure? How?

How is your website secure?
The website I posted DOES NOT USE TLS/SSL encryption! You do not appear to have a TLS/SSL CERTIFICATE!!!
The website URL begins with HTTP - not HTTPS. This website is not listed with Verisign, GeoTrust, or Truste.
Explain how this website is secure??? Where is your TSL/SSL certificate to verify the security of your server?
Explain! Take your time, we'll wait...

This website collects personal information, including credit card information WITHOUT USING SECURE SOCKET LAYER encryption! Dont believe me? Go to these URLs and see for yourself!!! The first clue is that the IP address begins with HTTP: -addresses that use SSL begin with HTTPS:
http://www.internetprofitsuccesssystem.com/c/GHD73H9D9IAK0/default.aspx?itm=R00003&vn=homepage&ex=0
http://www.internetprofitsuccesssystem.com/c/GHD73H9D9IAK0/Page2.aspx?ex=0
This website demands name, address, city, state, telephone number, email address, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, credit card expiration date, credit card type, and credit card CVV#.
The communication from the consumer to this website is NOT SECURE WITH SSL ENCRYPTION!
Go ahead and explain this employee!!!
Take your time, well wait.
When youre done dancing around this, perhaps youll explain why your company is in the United Kingdom? Why dont you folks give the complete registered name of your company along with the location? The UK covers a lot of ground. Why dont you identify exactly who your company is and where your company located?
Oh, wait! Then folks would KNOW WHAT LEGAL JURISDICTION to complain to about your practices! Can't have that now, can we mate?

You have that option. Given that we should be able to obtain your name from those documents we will be provided.

You will be receiving the requested information through the BBB and Attorney General, as both complaints were filed today. You had the option to make this right when I called your office yesterday and spent 37 minutes on the phone being transferred from one person to another.

This customer has multiple options available. As stated in the original response, if the customer would provide their actual name, we could research and find the account and make sure that you are refunded and your account terminated. Providing us your name would end this back and forth. It would seem that if a customer is so adamant about their desire to obtain a refund that they would provide the company with their name so that the company can take more action than to just set the record straight about how you signed up for the service. That would appear to be the most simple option.

Complete Scam

Your templated, canned response to my posting is yet another way to hid behind the fact that you are nothing more than a scam. Your rebuttal is even a lie, considering you state a home address must be entered with the order; however, your office (and our credit card company) have stated you do not have this information. You do not have this information because I exited out before completing the order!!!!. Rather than spend anymore time responding to your lies and canned responses, I'll take it up with the BBB and Attorney Generals Office. Furthermore, whoever wrote the rebuttal should be completely ashamed of themselves that they actually collect a paycheck from a company like this. We are good, decent, honest people who work extremely hard for every single penny we receive, and how dare you feel that it's somehow right to not refund our money. You can copy and paste as many sections from your terms and conditions as you want, in hopes of feeling good about what you do, but you prey on innocent people...it's that simple. The number of complaints filed against you in any given day, week, month speaks for itself.

Thank you for your correspondence in connection with the above-referenced matter. It is clear from the text of the complaint that all the information was not provided by the complainant in regards to the program was signed up for and the requisite charges for that program, and several facts have been omitted that once revealed will hopefully clear up this matter.
For this customer to state that he/she did not fully complete the signup and that we have software that can grab a credit card number and force the customer to signup for the program is 100% false. In order to process a credit card transaction several pieces of information are required, such as the email address, home address, CVV2 code on the back of the credit card. For the information to be passed to our office the customer must click on the order submission button.
