Each time I went on the internet I'd see, "As seen on CNBC, etc., Stay at Home Mom Makes $X/mo. By Creating Website Links". It goes on to state how she simply paid shipping, $2.97 for a startup kit. Unfortunately, I took the bait. Afterall, it was reported on CNBC. So, like the rest of the people who I have learned fell prey to this scam, I too never received the alleged kit that I was paying $2.97 for and I also got charged an additional $149.95. 

I phoned ICM and spoke with Jenny, (Customer Service), and requested cancellation and a refund.  I indicated that I never received the "startup kit", which she was quick to state that it was sent regular mail, however, she would cancel and refund the $2.97, but would not refund the $149.95 because I agreed to the terms.  I informed her that what I agreed to is not what they advertised and that I had learned that they were getting their business via fraudulent advertising/testimonials.  She became very defensive and asked if I read any of the information or if I ever do when I do something online. 

Since my request was being handled in such an unprofessional manner, I asked to speak to her supervisor.  She stated that her supervisor does not take those types of calls and that I could direct correspondence to their legal dept.,  Upon providing an address, she promptly ended the call. 

What I agreed to was based on ficticious information and deceitful business practices and I feel I am entitled to a full refund, which I will not rest until I receive!
