ICM - Internet Cash Machine misled no refund Foothill Ranch, California

I wanted to get information, signed for starter kit, tried to sign in one time and I did not understand what I really signed up for.  I was then charged on credit card statement.  I called past the 3 day trial period.  I was told it was my fault for not calling to cancel sooner and there is nothing they can do because I choose not to use service. I asked for legal complaint department and told it was too late and I should have read what I was signing up for. How can they charge me when I never even started the service? Mislead by 3 day trial period.   Jenny said if I called within 30 days, maybe a refund could have happened.  I researched this fradulant company too late!  I can't believe I fell for the simple start up info kit and then got charged for a service I never used!  She said I should have known by researching help through their web-site.  She offered me a 90 day "free trial" if I wanted to try the service.  No way!
