ICM is a scam. They get your cash and if you call back within the three days, no answer.  If you call after three, as in my case they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor and laugh at you if you want a refund. Big Scam from the word go even the handful of employees answering the phone know it's a scam and they don't pretend. ICM eventually posts a rebuttal on these complaints, even then they are saying they cancelled and refunded, also a lie. Pass it on in your info e-mails. Stay away from Internet Cash Machine ICM.

We went to our credit union, they contacted ICM and were again denied. Contacted Card Company and disputed charges and showed this web site and problems with ICM, this helped and a refund was indeed made to our account.

In the interest of Customer Service, we have terminated this customers account and no further charges will be conducted on their account, and customer has been refunded.

In all the rebuttals ICM says they will refund, in mine they ask for the full name, sooooo here it is. If they give a full refund I will be more than happy to update this and say they have refunded, but until that time, I and everyone else will know better. Ripoff Report mentions not to use your full name so I would use the email but they would probably sell it to spammers too! So here is a partial and I am on the phone with them now and if they do the right thing I will update.sandyk****@aim.com

If customer would provide their actual full name that they used to sign up for the program, we could provide a refund or make sure they are refunded.
