On May 28th I started to sign up for their services but by you drill far enough into their site to find out just what it is they are offering, you have already signed on for the $2.95 special.  By the time I figured it out I was out my $2.95.  I figured that's what I get for not getting out when the site first started to "smell" like a rip-off. 

So I bailed out of the sight figuring I was clear save for my small donation...wrong.  I then get an email from them with instructions on how I need to activate my account.  I figure great, I just won't activate my account...end of story. 

Non activation of the account means nothing to ICM.  On  June 2, 2010 they bill me an additional $149.95.  When I call to inquire why they are billing a non-active account they start the song-and-dance about the fine print.  "Well when you signed on for the $2.95 special you agreed that if you didn't cancel in three days you will be billed for $149.95."  My contention that I never activated the account, thus authorizing its use or creation, fell on deaf ears. 

I canceled my non-active account on June 3rd, but according to ICM they have already done $149.95 worth of work on my behalf....not sure I believe them.

I have called my bank and they are going to set up what I can only assume will be a lengthy, painful process.  In the meantime I am going to get the word out where ever I can about this company.  If only I had started by checking ICMs record at the Ripoff Report.  A mistake I shan't make again.

If this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office. This customer can keep any materials that were received as our gift.
