Ordered computer case from company. Company charge my credit card and shipped WRONG case. When I called them they said they were sorry that they made a mistake and would send another case but I would have to pay for it. As soon as the wong case was returned to them they would give me my money back for the first case plus shipping not to exceed $15.00.
I shipped the case back to them and received the second shipment with the correct case but have not received a credit for the original case and shipping. I have emailed and tried to call. Their phone has been disconnected, email comes back undelivered and I cannot connect to their web site. In addition they had a EBAY Store on EBAY and when you attempt to view the store it indicates the store has been closed.

I received a call from Detective Bercher, Pomona California Police Department today regarding the Internetishop.com. According to the detective, Internetishop.com filed for bankruptcy on 22 Sep 2004. The bankruptcy was filed in the U S Bankruptcy Court in Los Angeles. The first hearing regarding the bankruptcy is scheduled for October 26, 2004.

Internetishop.com cut-off their phones and disappeared on or about Sep 24, 2004. From what I have learned they continued accepting orders/returned merchandise up until that point. After contacting the Pomona Calif Better Business Bureau they have informed me they can't contact the company since they did not leave a forwarding address. They did tell me if I find a forwarding address for the company and give it to the BBB they would be happy to send my complaint to the company. I have a screen capture of the interneti site and it's ironic looking at all of their claimed trustworthyness-a secure site, BBB recommended, etc. The reality is they are gone and with them my money and the money/merchandise of a lot of other people.
