On August 9, 2004 I went on the Internetishop website after seeign it on Ebay and ordered a laptop totaling nearly $1900. It was suppose to arrive in a week, but it did not. So for the next month, about twice a week I called to see what was up.

I was told that the CPU had been on backorder and they should be getting it in during the week. And every week I heard the same story. After a little over a month of frustration, I asked for a full refund which they said they had granted and it takes 5-7 business days.

Well today, Friday, September 30th, will be the 12th business day and still no refund. There is a refund for $39.99 from a few weeks ago concerning the shipping/handling they said they would refund. But that is it. So right now I am out about $1850 and it is infuriating.
