Interspire Poor support, Dishonest, Poor product Austin, Internet

I bought a copy of their software and it worked fine for a couple of years. We had an issue with the server that it was installed on and had to move it to a new one. When I tried to use the software I got a waring that said the license key was not for this domain but I was on the same domain. The software was registered to a subdomain and support refused to help me correct the problem unless I paid them another $300.

The support manager then lied to me and said it was impossible to change the registration to the domain and not a subdomain. When I called him out on it he just said it was against their company policy to change the domain name registration.

I wasn't asking for a free update or a new registration. All I wanted was to be able to use the software that I purchased on the domain it was registered for. I now have software that I paid for but can't use.
