Interspire Will not support product sold to me by providing what I purchased Internet

Interspire sells software to use on websites and I am a buyer of several of their products. They had a package price of 5 Article Programs which we purchased in Sept 2007 and also purchased their FAQ program to install.

We used 2-3 of the article programs and then they discontinued use of that program and upgraded to a website software which in fact did not offer the very product it replaced. ??? An article program!!!

So I still had 2-3 article licenses to use up. I went to install the article program on another website just a few days ago and you have to generate a license key in your admin panel. I got the license key and it did not work.

Emailed support and they said they do not have any license keys for article live and you needed to use website publisher , their replacement program for the key to work. BUT....that does not do the same thing nor does it have the article management items that I purchased previously.

So basically they are saying too bad. They sold me product that they cannot even give me a key to work it now and their response was to HANG UP THE PHONE after I got upset....What a joke.

I wanted to use their product, not their support. I already had the program and was using it on other websites and it was the exact program I needed, NOT a replacement program that doesnt even do the same thing!!!

NOWHERE on their website does it state that you had to use the product before a certain amount of time, (I am sure they will add that now and lie about it)

I bought a 5 pack of article live to use on different websites and I used 2 of them and now I cant even use the others. What a rip off. NO TIME LIMIT on SOFTWARE USE. A company cannot tell you after purchasing a product from them , when to use it or you dont get it anymore.
