Inventel Dash Cam ProInventel TV Canceled order & was promiced a refund three times with no refund Internet

On 12-16-15 I ordered 4 Dash-Cam Pros with Acc. After being charged to my card I found out they would not be shipped for 4 to 6 weeks. I cancelled the order on the internet because they were for Christmas presents. Got no reply. Tried to call them, they would not answer their phone, only got a recording.

On 1-4-16, e-mailed agan asking for a refund. Got a reply on 1-5-16 apologizing and stating they would credit my card in 4 to 5 working days. On 1-16-16, I e-mailed them again and got another promise for a refund to my card in 4 to 5 working days with a cancellation number. Got another e-mail same as above ststing I would get a credit in 4 to 5 working days. Also called (Took 32 tries to get through to them) and got a person that had a accent so bad I could hardly understand her. She could not tell me what was wrong, ask for her supervisor, same results. I do not think I will get a refund from them. Do not do business with this company.

If I ran my business this way I would go broke.
