Invention Channel, One Sweep rip-off! I paid $87.92 for a $10 broom! Pacoima California

I saw the One Sweep broom advertized on TV, $10.00 and they send you an extra, decided to order on line. They offer to send their "deluxe" model instead for $9.99 more, larger broom head, more bristles. OK, but they neglect to tell you that it is $9.99 extra for each broom. Plus not 6.99 for shipping, 6.99 for each broom.

After you order is placed, when you see your total, and try to contact customer service, there is no e-mail address, and no toll-free number. When you call, you stay on hold for AT LEAST 15 min. When I received the brooms, I see that not only was I charged $40.00 plus. They double charged me. I am now paying $87.92, for a broom that I intended to pay $5.00 for. I go ahead and wait 15 min to talk to customer service. THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!
