I ordered the natural bra in June 2004 online using my credit card. A screen popped up during the check out process to get and additional set of adhesive strips for a cheaper price if I ordered them now.

I checked the shipping charges on their website, I added the adhesive strips to my order, and the order was placed without giving me an order summary. It was not until the next day when I got email confirmation that I realized that not only were the shipping charges more than was listed on their website for the order total, but they charged me the full S&H charge on each item which was added up to almost $18 in shipping for a $38 order.

I immediately called the next day to cancel the adhesive strip part of the order and the customer service lady said that was no problem since the order hadn't been processed yet.

I got my bra with no extra adhesive strips, but they billed my credit card the full amount of the original order. When I called, they told me to fax my credit card statement to their corporate office which I did. The corporate office will not issue a refund because they said I ordered the extra pack of adhesive strips -- which I don't have because I removed them from the order.

The customer service part of the company will not call the corporate office to tell them about the error, and they won't give me a number to call the corporate office because they only take faxes. I have made numerous phone calls, sent emails, faxed them what they've asked for and have gotten nothing but tears of frustration.

This company needs to be sued and shut down.
