I recently was also scammed by this company. Do not pay this invoice.
A woman by the name of Kim Wihila, United Credit and Collections Agency in New York saying we accepted Sales and Marketing Material a year ago leaving a number 607-687-5201 x102. Because it went to collections I was concerned about my company's credit and didn't want any unpaid invoices outstanding so I paid with a credit card. Do not pay this expense. You may have even said yes to receive the free copies and still don't pay it. This company is totally scamming in particular marketing and sales departments. Also my invoice says I ordered two users, even if I did order it I would never order two users. They have a way of tricking people into ordering this and then sending you to collections to get their money.

Kim went on to tell me they had confirmation of my receiving the Sales Insider report from the US Post Office. I didn't recall receiving it and later checked with other departments because a red flag was raised because something didn't seem right. However, I made the mistake of paying this invoice. I did it b/c it didn't seem like much and I didn't want my firm to be in collections. I now have it in dispute with my credit card company. I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and the IRS. Something is fishy about this company. And the Sales Insider is a joke of a publication. And I find it really interesting how the owner of the company feels he needs to respond to this report. That is a red flag as well to me. If he was standing in total integrity he wouldn't consider responding to a website like this.

Why Don't You Wish To Give Your Name?

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 26, 2010

Dear No Name:

We find your slanderous and damaging report against our company to be curious in several ways. First, the gist of your report is essentially "Don't Do What I Did." You paid your legitimate debt to our company and now you're telling everyone else not to pay us. It sounds something like "Stop Me Before I Kill Again." Perhaps you have some hidden mental issues that you ought to get checked out.

Next, you're critical of me, the owner of the company, because I take the time to respond to false and damaging accusations filed by unscrupulous individuals such as you. Apparently, if I was "standing in total integrity" (sic), I wouldn't respond. I'd like to suggest, however, that the opposite is true. Like all legitimate businesses, we are concerned about our reputation, so I do respond to any false accusations. It seems to me that if I didn't care about our reputation, I wouldn't bother to respond. (By the way, could you please explain how someone "stands in total integrity"? - can you wipe this total integrity off your shoes, or does it stay there forever?)

Otherwise, you allege that we're "scamming" marketing and sales departments, that you never ordered or received our product and that our publication is a joke. We suggest that the thousands of companies that use our product every day to increase sales and retain customers would strongly disagree with your assessments.

Most disturbing to us, however, is your refusal to provide your name. You spew lies and venom about our company without one shred of evidence to back up your statements, yet you refuse to tell us who you are. Why? Perhaps you're really one of our competitors looking to make money by disparaging us? Or perhaps you don't want to provide your name because you know that your accusations are false. You know that if you gave us your name, we could provide irrefutable evidence that you, in fact, ordered our product, received our product, benefited from our product and paid for our product. You know that. That's why you won't give us your name.

Jim McCanney
President
