I was just sent to collections by this company (Institute of Business Publications) because a few months ago someone "called" me and asked if I would like a copy. I don't even remember the call, but apparently I said yes.

Turns out the whole thing was taped (against my knowledge), and now I owe $117 for the 1 issue I received, plus a $200 "processing fee".

Do not do business with these people - they scammed our company for $317 because they met the minimum threshold for taking your money over the phone. Stay far away from them - I will be referring my case to the PA Attorney General on the basis of they never let me know that they were taping my conversation.
