I like others made the mistake and ordered what I was lead to believe was a Free Trial Offer product for $3.95 S&H. I get the product and realize it is a 60-day supply, mine to try for 30 days. I received the product on July 19th and the shipping document states that my 30-day trial ends on 8/12/2008 and that I would be billed $96.35. Not quite 30-days. I called my credit card company "Capital One" and explained what was going on and they closed that account for me immediately after confirmation there were no charges except for the $3.95. Guess I might just be one of the lucky ones and it's a good thing I found the report when I googled for the IQ Derma website. I sure am glad I didn't use my debit card to do this.

Contact iQ Derma Directly

I also thought my daughter ordered a sample, but I then contacted the company & explained how she misunderstood the offer. They helped me immediately to resolve the issue.

Although I do see how their ad can be misinterpreted, they do indicate when you place the order that it is a 30 day trial and not a free sample. My daughter just placed the order too quickly while she was at work & then immediately wanted to blame them for her haste.

Just read everything before you order & give each company a chance to resolve your concerns. It worked for me.

Are you kidding?

There website states:
"If you are not completely satisfied, simply call customer service
or login to www.myiq.com and follow the instructions to return the
unused portion. We will accpet returns even if the bottles are empty!
If you have achieved the success we expect within the first 30 days
and decide to keep iQ Derma, you will be automatically enrolled as
a myiQ member and billed the discounted price of $95.70, a 42% savings."

Did you even bother to go to that site?

Here's the other option:
"If you are a myiQ member: the easiest way to obtain an RMA number is to log into your account myiQ web - and click on "Manage Account."
If you do not have a myiQ Account, you may also contact an iQ Specialist at (866) 381-4204 to request an RMA number."

So what your saying is, you ordered the product, got it, probably used it, then cancelled your credit card so they couldn't charge you AND you got to keep the product.
