I ordered a face moisturizer and wrinkle cream from the web site because it said free trial - just pay shipping for $3.95. I received the item and there was no information telling me that I signed up for a membership. This membership charges the credit card I used for the shipping, $95.92 every 2 weeks and keeps sending me a box of something new. I never any other products and noticed by account was charged almost $200 this month. I called the customer service number and they said if I return the items, they will reimburse me and they cancelled my membership. I changed my account number just in case. To summarize: there was no "fine print" on the web site or with the products. Frightening experience.
