I traded in my 2007 BMW to get 2013 back in Oct. 2012. No matter what I did, came in to the dealer numerous times, talked to Sales Managers (Fred/Frank), Manager Assistant (Natalie), DMV Rep. (Thilda), Sales Rep (Sara/Andrew)... at Irvine BMW, called BMW North America, gave them copies all of those violations documents.... as of today (April 10, 2013), I'm still receiving Toll Road Violations from the car that I traded in. Lately, there's a letter from 91 Express Toll Road will put my credit into delinquent. Yesterday, I left a message for DMV Rep (Thilda) and Sales Manager (Frank) to call back... NEVER happened. I'm so frustrated with whole Irvine BMW staff. Today, I got an email it says: " IRVINE BMW WINS CENTER OF EXCELLENCE - BMW of North America Announces Best Dealership Awards".

False advertisement!!! I'm not seeing that.
