I was looking to buy a Mercedes from their pre owned part of their dealership. They could not finance me.
After working hard for nine days and finding an out side finance company, I was ready to buy the 2001 C320.
They asked me to go in and sign the papers, at the same time they used me to get a higher offer from someone else. They kept me in their dealership for over two hours, and kept saying, they cant find my paper work. In mean while they were negotiating with someone else.
They had sent an invoice to the bank which was financing me.
The bank was ready to write the check
This is unacceptable from a dealer who represents BMW.
I called the costumer service at (201)307-4000
Costumer service lady took my name and started filling my complaint. But she kept saying, there is nothing that they could do. She said these dealers are privately owned. Then I told her, now I dread even talking to you. Then she hung up on me.
